There are no DAB or DAB+ transmissions in the United States. Nevertheless, these three DAB+ models from Revo are being sold through the American version of Amazon. They are Band III only, and therefore of no use to hear Canadian DAB.
That said, these models are of interest because of their fine WiFi radio capabilities, their built-in iPod docks as well as their FM tuners.

AT40: "Casey's Coast-to-Coast"
Possibly the most famous American radio programme heard outside America. The American Top 40 with Casey Kasem was broadcast around the world. His chart countdowns from the 1970s and 80s are still being replayed on the American Sirius satellite service. Before Radio Became Analogue
Award-winning producer/director Ken Burns turned his attention to the history of American radio in this 1991 PBS documentary, "Empire of the Air: The Men Who Made Radio", released onto DVD more than a decade later.
NB: The DVD is a Region 1 NTSC disc and therefore will only play on North American or multi-region players. The TV must also be capable of displaying NTSC video.
The Federal Communications Commission has selected the IBOC system from iBiquity, marketed as "HD Radio" for digital audio broadcasting in the MF and VHF bands. AM and FM stations may if they wish begin interim transmissions immediately subject to an announced notification procedure. However, IBOC is not permitted for MF at night-time owing to the potential for skywave interference. FM IBOC is approved for both daytime and nighttime broadcasting. During the interim period, the same programme content will be broadcast on both the analogue and digital components. In its announcement, the FCC noted that although the proposed approach requiring new spectrum in TV Channel 6 was no longer under consideration, it was not categorically ruling out such consideration in the future. Should new spectrum be identified, both IBOC and non-IBOC approaches may then be considered. For satellite radio broadcasting, various mutually-incompatible systems are in operation. The Bay Area was the location of a technically successful trial of Eureka 147 DAB in 1996. This is believed to have been the only time that DAB has been broadcast in the United States, although reception of Canadian DAB was possible in Detroit, Michigan, via transmissions from Windsor, Ontario, until the ensemble ceased in 2006.
