Test transmissions are taking place in Ireland that have used DAB+. While there is currently no official policy to switch to DAB+, since there are already DAB+ capable receivers on sale, Wohnort believes it would be prudent, now, to ensure any receiver you purchase is able to receive the new format. As well as future-proofing your investment, it could also be useful should you wish to use your radio abroad.
